Founder and President of Lifetime Highs Inc, LeRoy is a retired school board supervisor and university professor. He is a recognized community leader, educator and a positive motivator. In addition to managing company affairs, LeRoy guides local and international trips, and inspires folks to stay active and to expand their horizons. After fifteen years in the business, LeRoy is an expert in all our adventures. LeRoy is Marj's first husband and shares with her the pride of thier two sons and their two amazing grand children.

 

Our company "back bone", Marj is a retired secretary. In addition to maintaining the sanity of their home life, she co-manages company affairs, is our company accountant and co-guides many local and international trips. Marj is an organizational wizard and our behind the scenes pillar. She is particularly informed with respect to our Alberta, United States and African tours.

In addition to the above talents Marj manages to maintain her focus on the most important things in her life ... her family. Nobody makes a better creamed turkey!

 

Paul is a corporate lawyer, a project manager and the international travel expert. Paul is tri-lingual (English, French & Spanish) and has lived on every continent. He is passionate about culture, geography and biology and he plans and guides our international trips. His attention to detail and his joy in sharing his knowledge make our international Lifetime Highs trips very successful. Paul has particular expertise in African, Latin American, Asian and European travel. He has guided numerous trips to all these areas and continues to plan, organize and execute our international tours.

In addition, Paul is an amazing chef and, if it involves food, he is in the middle of it. One of our specialties is organizing local "food culture" stops on our tours and Paul always finds wonderful local restaurants for meals.

 

A full-time travel consultant with our travel agency partner Personal Travel Management Ltd., Janice is our logistics, itinerary and airline expert. Janice brings 10 years of travel industry experience to us and a passion for unique destination travel. She has traveled extensively in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

 

A native Albertan, Cathy has called Calgary home for the past two decades. Having known the Pelletiers for 15 of those years it seems natural that she has joined the team. She will assist in the dealing with many details related to day trips, slots adventures, and various other domestic travels. You may even get to meet Cathy (and her family) on one of the many fun excursions Lifetime Highs offers.

Nicole is our resident techie and organizational guru. She manages our website to ensure that the events and pictures reflect our past adventures and enhance our upcoming ones. Nicole corresponds with our international travelers providing information and answering questions so that every Lifetime High runs smoothly. When she’s not traveling the world, Nicole can be found working as a Research Manager, enjoying life, and planning for the next adventure!
